A while ago I let go a little rant about my experience at an Auto Zone here in Marana. I did want to take the time to update you, as it is only fair. I received a call from the District Manager regarding my service that I received. We had a short, but pleasant conversation about customer service... and came up with a solution to our mutual problem that happened on that day.
While I would rather not go into detail about what he did for me, I will say, he went out of his way to make sure I received the service that I did not receive from that particular store.
While it may take me a while to go back to an Auto Zone, at least I know that there is someone on the management staff that is looking out for the customer.
